1. Shipping Area

We offer worldwide shipping for all products, with the exception of certain regions in Asia and selected remote or inaccessible areas where delivery services may be limited.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide two shipping options depending on order value and customer preference:

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after shipment

  • Shipping Fee: $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx (depending on destination and availability)

This is a fast and reliable shipping method suitable for most international orders.

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Delivery Time: 15–25 business days after shipment

  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $50

  • Carrier: EMS

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders exceeding $50 in product value. Orders under $50 are not eligible for free shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 per order

  • Free Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over $50

  • Orders below $50 do not qualify for free EMS shipping

5. Delivery Time Overview

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch

  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15–25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination country, and carrier delays.

6. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
