At Watersport Outlet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as swimwear, swimming caps, snorkels, or other personal-use items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or opened.

Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue promptly.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.
